Matt is the Chief Creative Officer at Urban Delta, where he integrates advanced design methodologies with data-driven insights to develop innovative and resilient architectural solutions. With a dual background in fine arts and architecture, he leverages a comprehensive understanding of materials science, sustainable design strategies, and evolving industry standards. His expertise lies in translating complex data sets into compelling visual narratives and adaptive design frameworks. Matt collaborates closely with clients to challenge creative limits while optimizing functionality, performance, and long-term project value.

Jesse Sessions is the Strategic Director at Urban Delta. As Co-Founder and Director, Jesse applies expertise in senior leadership roles, logistics, and cross-functional coordination to ensure projects are organized and stakeholders have a clear view of their goals.

 

He draws on leadership experience across healthcare, manufacturing, design, and media, bringing a practical focus on strategy and implementation.
