This project, designed while employed by The Lunz Group, features a modern three-story office building overlooking Lake Mirror’s Francis Langford Promenade. Blending luxury and functionality, the project overcame unique challenges—such as noise mitigation from nearby train tracks and approval within the Lakeland Historic District. Featuring enclosed and exterior parking, private offices, collaboration spaces, and a golf simulator, the design also integrates diverse interior styles to create a unified, contemporary workspace. The new facility consolidates Aspyre’s leadership into a single, thoughtfully designed headquarters. Designed under The Lunz Group in partnership with Aspyre Properties and Palmetto Capital Group.
