Built on the site of a historic feed building damaged by Hurricane Irma, Catapult 3.0 pays homage to its architectural legacy by blending elements of the original structure with a modern, transparent design that offers sweeping views of Lake Mirror. The first floor includes a large commissary kitchen and a Makerspace for hands-on projects. The second floor features an assembly room, open-plan offices with flexible co-working areas, a classroom, a podcast studio, and multiple conference and huddle rooms. The third floor offers private offices, dedicated desks, video conferencing rooms, a media room, and additional meeting space. Designed while employed at The Lunz Group.
