This project, designed while employed at The Lunz Group, added a five-level parking garage and 40,000 SF of attached tenant space to downtown Lakeland. Designed in collaboration with the City of Lakeland, Aspyre Properties, Lakeland Regional Health, and MidFlorida Credit Union.
