The Gardens is a multifamily residential development located in Lakeland’s historic Garden District. Designed while employed at The Lunz Group, the project consists of two three-story apartment buildings, each spanning 66,000 square feet. Designed to complement the character of the surrounding downtown architecture, the buildings blend modern amenities with a classic exterior and offer convenient access to Lake Mirror's parks, dining, and public events.
