Located in Lakeland’s historic Garden District, Orange Street Apartments was designed as a three-phase multifamily development directly across from Lake Mirror and Barnett Park. This project, designed while employed at The Lunz Group, included 32 units featuring a mix of one- and two-bedroom layouts—some configured as townhomes, others as stacked flats. To accommodate the new structure, an existing single-family home on the site was carefully relocated. The building was ADA-compliant and incorporated accessible parking. The design blended structural efficiency with historic district requirements through close coordination with city zoning and preservation boards.
